Witchy Wanda and Freaky Frank are approximately 24" tall; Wanda sits 15" (including her hat), and Frank sits 12". Both projects have a stuffed head and body with fabric yo-yos strung together for arms and legs. Their lower bodies are weighted with plastic pellets to make them sit easily. Clover's round Quick Yo-Yo Makers in sizes extra small, small, large, extra large and jumbo were used for creating yo-yos, but instructions and circle pattern pieces are included for making yo-yos without using a yo-yo maker.
