If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged when received, please contact us immediately.  You have 30 days to return damaged or other items you are not satisfied with.  No refunds will be made for any type of software or cut fabrics.  Please call us at 573-518-1981 to discuss your concerns.  We want to help in anyway we can.
